We’re committed to getting your orders to you quickly and efficiently. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process:
Free Delivery
Spend over £499.95, and you’ll enjoy free standard delivery on items stocked in our distribution centre.
For smaller orders or special items, delivery charges may apply, and you can choose to upgrade for faster service.
Delivery Options & Charges
- £19.95: Standard delivery (2–3 working days).
- £54.95: Next working day delivery.
- £54.95: Highlands & Islands of Scotland (5–7 working days after dispatch).
- £199.95: Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and Channel Islands.
- £29.95: Re-delivery or delivery rejection charge.*
- £0.95: A one-off charge for up to three free samples.
Delivery Details
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) are picked the same day.
Deliveries take place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Due to the size of our panels, we’re unable to provide specific time slots.
Important: Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Report damages, missing items, or discrepancies to us within 24 hours so we can resolve any issues quickly.
Delivery Refusal or Cancellation
If you refuse delivery, a £29.95 return charge will apply.
Returned items will be inspected for damages, and any costs will be deducted from your refund.
To avoid fees, we recommend canceling orders before they leave our warehouse.
Where We Deliver
We deliver across the UK, but unfortunately, we don’t currently ship to Northern Ireland due to extended delivery times.

Prefer to collect? Simply wait for your “Ready to Collect” email before visiting us.
Bring a photo ID and the card used for payment when collecting your order.
Stock Availability
While we do our best to keep everything in stock, high demand might mean we need to reorder certain items.
We’ll keep you informed and upgrade your delivery service at no extra cost.
If your next working day delivery is delayed, we’ll refund the difference in delivery charges.
